No word from him here either

I sure wish I had Stuttgart canna. It is sure a really beautiful one. I love cannas. If I find one I will let you know sheryl .

I bought a few NOID plumie cuttings from him. Do I pot them up now or wait till spring? Will they die without roots over the winter? Don't know what to do. Shrug!

Sandy: @Dutchlady1 will be better to answer your question regarding Plumeria but I think if you keep the stalks in a dry ... and cool to warm (not too hot) place they will be fine to plant up in the spring. You are in zone 9b though so I'd think you could pot them now if you have space for them. A few years ago I kept Plumeria on my back porch in 30ยบ winter temp's with no problems whatsoever but maybe you have more prolonged cold there than here in Florida?

I would stick them in a bucket of perlite and keep them frost free and dry - they may surprise you by rooting.

Hetty do you mean stick the bottom in perlite as if I am rooting them? So I keep them dry? Does it matter if the bucket is in a lighted area or a dark corner? I may have some more questions as time goes on.

I have some in quart pots that ar rooted but they don't grow what am I doing wrong? I hate to put them in too big of pot as I am afraid they will rot. Yes, bottom in dry perlite, low light, no water. They may root or they may just sit there....

Show a picture of your plumeria that isn't growing?

Here they are. They are in what I call a quart pot. There are 2 variegated. I got these when Mike had his (maybe first) co-op. One maybe in a gallon. They just don't grow. Shrug!

They look fine; I wouldn't do anything right now, in the spring I would put them in 3 gals and fertilize them.

Sandy, most of the pots appear to be "nursery" gallon pots and one looks to be 2-3 gals. IF the plants have been in these pots for a year or more, they will be terribly root-bound. Do you leave your plants out all year or do they have to be brought in? I assume you know what I do with all my plumeria here in NE Mississippi.

One very sweet anonymous donor has offered up a Stuttgart - Sandy, if there is enough, I will gladly share!

Actually Ken the small pots are about 4 inches in diameter and 6 inches deep. The other is a 1 gallon. They are all in a freezer basket. I didn't realize I could bump them up to a 3 gallon as I thought they would hold too much water and rot. I do bring them in for the winter and withhold water from them.

@sheryl that is awesome someone is sending you a Stuttgart . My hats off to them as that is truly awesome. Also thank for the offer to share.

Does anyone have any lillies to share? I am sure they are not just the usual ones. If you do please tree mail me what you have as it would help out with someone whom was shorted. As for the postage I am willing to pay the postage and in some cases from the donor to me and me to the person so they can stay anonymous. I know that will cost me double postage but I don't want any ill feelings as I know some ordered with money they didn't have to spend on plants.

I went read thru one of the co-op threads today and visited the spreadsheet. It is awful what someone did to it. I am not sure why Mike is no longer on Facebook but we had exchanged a few messages and when I went to find him today he is no longer there. It is like tree mail and your messages stay on there and this is what it said This message is no longer available because it was identified as abusive or marked as spam. I am not sure if someone on here maybe reported him or what. I really hope he is ok.

I hope those whom sheryl helped truly told her how thankful they were for her generosity as I seen no mention of it on the thread. So far only 1 person has contacted me. Tomorrow will be the 14th day. I want all to keep in mind as only 2 more weeks to go.

Thanks to all of those so generous to help with this. I appreciate all of you. Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Group hug Group hug Group hug

There is only 8 days left to our offer. I know I am not Mike but There is several of us that made an offer to make this right. At the end of this offer there will be no reason to speak of what happened here again. I know we are not the ones who did the co-op but we are the ones who have volunteered to step into Mike's shoes and make as much of this right as we can.

I am hoping Dave will agree with me on this as no more can be done if you do not speak up. If you have not and do not speak up you are saying you are happy with the way things are. We are all grown ups and I believe 1 month is plenty of time for anyone to come forward and ask for help. With 935 views I believe I am safe in saying everyone whom participated and more have viewed this thread at least once. Thank you all for allowing us to make this offer. It is truly from the heart that each of us wanted to help each one of you recover from a terrible situation of some terrible misfortunes Mike has suffered.

And to you Mike if you see this I hope all is well and things are beginning Lovey dubby to get a little easier for you. We did this out of the love and respect we have for you.

(((HUGS)))

I think the 2 of you are angels!!! I'm not sure what happened to Mike's coop as I was not in this one for some reason but I have been in so many of Mike's Coops it's not funny. My yard has gained so many plants that it wouldn't have b/c they aren't stocked at our nursery. I've talked with Mike many times and I believe something awful must have happened for him to loose contact with us all!!! If there is anything I can do to help Yall.

Thanks Jeri . I wasn't in it either but when I saw what happened I wanted to help in any way I could and atleast 4 others (1 wants to remain anonymous have offered to help in any way they could. I have no idea if all of them or any was a participant of this or any of his co-ops. I know I bought from Mike in the past. Thank you so much for the offer to help out. So far only 1 person came forward and I know sheryl helped atleast 6 co-op participants before I even came along.

Thanks dutchlady Smiling I am always hoping I don't sound rude to anyone. Our goal was to put smiles back where there were frowns.

I will get with anyone whom offered to help as soon as I know what needs to be done to put right what this one person needs to make things ok.

Thanks again Smiling

I am looking for several lilies if anyone can help. Here is the list Brunello LilyGolden Joy Lily Garden Party or Patricia's Pride

Also a Butterfly Bush Harlequin. If anyone has any of these please let me know as all over the internet they are sold out. I have made an offer for this person to chose 25 dollars worth of lilies on this site http://www.dutchbulbs.com/cate... not including shipping. Now while they are 50% off there or
We can either do this or we can wait until the plants you would like are back in stock somewhere. Which will probably be in the spring.

I really wish I could contact Mike and see how he is doing and let him know what is happening here. I hope he is doing well and on his way back from some horrible things that happened.

If anyone would like to sell some plants or donate to recover some of the money I have offered in buying plants I would appreciate the help. I know there is several whom offered. If you can't that is fine also as I am ok with doing this. Hugs to all whom have been here for me and those who participated in the co-op. Group hug Group hug Group hug Group hug

This is winding to a close. There is only 3 days left and unless you have your list and proof ready and submitted by Nov 3 we are going to consider everyone has come to peace about this. If you have not contacted me or Hetty with your list and proof you ordered and paid then this matter is closed to all and any further discussion. I am asking Dave here publicly to please not allow any further talk about Mike or his failed co-op as we here have done everything we possibly can to make it right.

I pray one day to hear from Mike and he not be afraid to be a member here as he has helped me through some difficult times like the loss of my friend to cancer almost 2 yrs ago.

There has been 6 almost 7 people helped by some here on ATP to recoop money or plants out of this. I want to thank you for what you have done before Hetty and I spoke up and those whom have helped or offered help after. You have all blessed my heart deeply. Lovey dubby Lovey dubby Lovey dubby In society today it is rare to find people willing to help when someone is down. You have truly renewed my faith in people. You are all Angels and I am extending a standing ovation and Deep Thank You to you. Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! You all know who you are. I am speaking to those who contacted me and have followed along with me though with this to the very end. We have done this not to be recognized or put on a petal stool but because we really care about all of you and especially Mike. Life delivers unfair blows sometime and sometime 1 right after another. I know from experience and I also know Mike will come out on the other side. It is just going to take some time and love of friends to make it.

Thank you all again for your help and encouragement. Group hug Group hug Group hug Group hug
