I went to a favorite Nursery yesterday and saw some wonderful containers I'd like to share.

Paul,
Some great centerpieces you showed. They look lovely but the plant person I am, I like my plants separate and alone but I must admit they are very beautiful. Or beautifully done.

Beautiful Paul.

Stush I did not know you like your plants alone. I get nervous when there is just one plant in a pot. I am always looking at a plant and thinking which ones it would look good with.

The only time I plant one to a pot is when it is a very small decorative pot. Usually it is a pot head when I put one plant in the pot.

What's cool is that whoever put those pots together had a good idea of what required what kind of care. I'm so tired of seeing succulents planted with high water use plants, etc. - I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about. Makes me nuts.

Paul, of the pic you had, the brown fuzzy plant is one of the {5 million} Kalanchoes. Okay, only 139, but still... I think it is likely a K. tomentosa hybrid, perhaps "Chocolate Sol". Behind it, the dark green with white stripes is a Haworthia, possibly H. fasciata, or H. attenuata. I'm not terribly familiar with these guys.

The longer, blue guys down near the bottom are likely Sedum burrito, also know as 'Burro's (or Donkey) Tail'.

I think the gray rose-shaped plants are Echevaria, but not sure.

And that's as much as I'm willing to guess at! Perhaps Hetty or others know more for sure...

Edited to add the complete spelling of "burrito"
In the end, only kindness matters.

Science is not the answer, it is the question.

Paul I saw what looked like a price of 44.90 for one of those pots. Is that what they are charging?
