Woooooooooooo Hoooooooooooooooooooo! Beautiful!
I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others.

Natalie, as cut flowers they last for-ever! I've had them easily go 3 weeks & that was buying them from the grocery store cut flower bouquet section. You know they've been in transit & sitting in the store for at least a couple days before I bought them. I'm going to try some here. i understand they don't like a lot of humidity & we have less here than anywhere in Fl.

I think my zone is too cold for them, but I may have to give them a try anyway!

If you grow Alstromeria, don't cut the flowers - just grasp the stem and pull the flower stem out. They break loose of the root system easily. Then you can cut the stem before placing in a vase.
