Fred did a program for our North MS-Al Daylily Society and he really has some
very nice seedlings. Jesse was the one who got him started hybridizing eyes and edges as well as me.

This is another tall one of Terah's called TWIRLING WINGS. It has a nice bitone effect and is a cascading unusual form.

I heard Fred did a nice job on the program. Did you know that the 2011 region 14 regional was going to be in Huntsville. I will be there if nothing happens for sure.
I will have seedlings in the Sally Lake Bed

I probably will, but it was only my first meeting. LOL. There is another one next week.

Unfortunately I only have so much "volunteer" time and some is already spoken for: I am one of my daughter's Girl Scout Leaders. We have a big troop (for our area anyway) of 26 girls that range from 6th grade to 11th grade. About 5-6 are working on their Silver Award (the Highest Award you can earn as a Cadette Scout) and three are working on their Gold Award (the highest you can earn as a Senior/Ambassador Scout)

my Mother is not doing well. Will have to wait and see,
Did you meet Randy and Madolyn ? They are great people.

Randy and Madolyn Whitt? Yes I did. There were several inquiries about how I heard about NADS: Radio, newspaper, one of the local garden stores, etc. They were a bit nonplussed when I said it was an on-line source. Both you and Don Morris encouraged me to go. It was the impetuous that I needed. I admired a pleated seeding of his and he asked me if I was a member.

Here is a link to the seedling. I am sure that you probably have seen it as it is in the top ten album list. http://mydaylilies.com/daylily...

The NADS club do a great advertising for their programs but good old word of mouth came through this time for you. I checked Don Morris profile and it is set to private. Is he from Huntsville area too?

Farmerbell - I moved your post to a new thread for Don Morris, so that this one will stay on topic about Terah and Jesse George.

Hope you don't mind.... Whistling

I am trying to keep each hybridizer in their own thread. Will make it easier for people browsing through to see them.
