I signed up at this site http://monarchwatch.org/ and was supposed to receive a sign for donating. I have never received anything from them. The tracking number they gave me was bogus. I will update if they ever respond to me about my order. I ordered in August and haven't received anything!

Whoa.
Granted I don't read all that perfectly, being dyslexic and all that, but I did not see any place on their site where they were offering a free sign in exchange for a monetary donation. If you order a kit I think it includes a sign, but either way, the Monarchs cannot read and will find their way to your garden if you just have the right plants. Let's take a deep breath...please don't badmouth the entire project for the sake of one small sign.

I ordered it. I got the email saying they were shipping it, but the tracking never worked. I'll update if I ever get a response from them.

@clintbrown Did you email them? I like the site, I need some milkweed so might order from them if I don't find any in my crock-pot. Good to know about the different varieties of milkweed, who knew?

Aaaargh, my 'enter' key has stopped working, why????? @clintbrown just work with the Monarch organization people. Sometimes mail goes missing; it happens. I just received a package which had been lost since September 4th - slightly worse for wear but still good. Ask them to send out another. (@virginiarose I use the humor to cover up any potential mistakes. It also buys me time to compose my words while people are occupied trying to get the joke. Also love spell check and grammar check - saved my butt more than once!)

Sorry, I did not mean to confuse any one. I just ended up with a lot of seeds and I threw them into a crock pot that was not being used. And yes my favorite cookies are actually under the seeds for safe keeping.

Crock pot? How did we get from illiterate Monarchs to crock pots and ....whoa....maybe things will be clearer in the morning. I need a cookie.

How did we get from a stuck 'Enter' key to a cookie? Maybe you accidentally dripped some chocolate between the keys and they got stuck. Been there done that!!
