I once tipped some 'pills' into my hand and all that came out of the container were small stainless steel washers.

Those containers are way too convenient, but If I had a lot of a certain seed I would go for it. Great storage!
This thread got me interested again, in attracting more butterflies and I found that Bloodflower is most popular in Virginia with the Monarchs. Second most popular is the Swamp milkweed and Common milkweed.
You are in a similar zone so might be good there too.

I heard the Monarchs are attracted to colors so I was not really looking at anything white. But these are real eye catchers and each umbrella has 30 perfect little flowers. Such a nice plant.

Hey, forget cake. I am just now learning to make Khanum-Krok which is the Thai version of Aebelskiver...if you eat them while standing up they have absolutely zero calories. And yes, I am telling an untruth.

Oh, dang, I forgot to mention Monarchs. Um, I guess even Monarchs would love to eat Khanum-Krok?
