Sandy, I think that you should be able to edit your first post to include the location of the spreadsheet. You'll find this information in the tree mail that I sent you a while ago.

All the information that was entered above this post will be in the spreadsheet by Monday, January 6th, 2014, unless I'm told that this is only an "interest" thread and that another "order" thread will be opened.

Please go back and look to see whether you want specific colors and/or sizes and make a new post to complete your order information.

Please remember to make any changes to orders in a new post.

I will be correcting the spreadsheet and making additions according to the feedback that I get on this thread.

Please let me know of any comments that you might have about this plan.

Any word on when you'd like to start the new thread, Sandy. I will be gone again from the 17th to the 23rd, but will try to keep up between tending to the grandchildren that I will be baby sitting at that time. No time at night because I hit the sack as soon as the last one is in bed!!!

OK, If it starts up while I'm gone Allison, I'll be able to help also. Not sure if all the info I have on the spread sheet is correct (prices ??). If not, I don't think that it will take too long to change now that we have sort of a template. Maybe Sandy will need help getting the url for the SS into her first post.

I am embarred to admit I don't know what to say to start the co-op but I am going to start it tonight. I am in the air about postage costs because I don't have any gloves to try to pkg and send. I think I am going to chose a price and I can either refund anything over 50 cents and as I can't afford to pay out any difference I will ask for anything underpaid to be refunded to me. I will probably use anything over 25 cents. Lets hope that isn't very many Lovey dubby

If this helps, my size S thin gloves weigh in at slightly over 1 oz and S winter gloves about 3 oz.

Here's a start to find out about flat rate mailing (usps).

https://www.usps.com/ship/prio...

It doesn't matter how much the articles weigh as long as they fit in the envelope or box. I'll try to find out how many of my old gloves fit in their inpenetrable envelopes and let you know. Maybe someone else can do the same.

Here's part of the spreadsheet that shows some prices:

Flat Rate Envelopes 5.6
Legal Flat Rate Envelope 5.75
Padded Flat Rate Envelope 5.95
Small Flat Rate Box 5.8
Medium Flat Rate Boxes 12.35
Large Flat Rate Boxes 16.85
APO/FPO Lg Flat Rate Box 14.85

So, a little over $5 for the small flat rate priority box,
or over $11 for the medium size flat rate priority box?

"First Class Parcel" is often cheaper, but you have to weigh your own box, and then the price depends on weight. And there is a 13 ounce upper limit on First Class Parcel.

So even a dozen pair of Small thin gloves might be too heavy for First Class Parcel.
And four pairs of the winter gloves would be almost too heavy.
