Hi,

I looked over the planting calendar and am a little confused. At what temperatures can we expect frost. What vegetables will frost kill? With some of the planting dates listed, it looks like some vegetables like lettuce and garlic we can plant in December - but what if we get frost - wont they die? I guess I need to know what I can plant, how long it will take to grow and what will survive the frost.

You have only a tiny window of time in early January where you might get some frost, and even if you do get frost, it won't kill your lettuce and other winter greens.
