We had went to Nashville last week. When we came home on Sunday I watered everything good but never really looked at them well. I was tired.

Monday I noticed buds on New Orleans Lady brugmansia.

This is a picture I took Tuesday of her.

Then yesterday I took these pictures of her,

Its getting a tad bit more color so far today. I am going to take a pic tonight and see what tomorrow morning will bring. Its just that this is its first bloom and I am IMPATIENT for it. I never learned patience well to begin with, then what I did learn my kids robbed me of growing up. So this waiting is so hard................

What is it for me that any double throw their buds or flowers just starting to open? Heartbroken here simply heartbroken...........

but what CAUSES it? It is not like it was a heavy downpour. There was no fierce winds, just a nice steady rain. Last year Wretched Mess would get oodles of buds and one by one they would fall off and would end up with one crazy bloom that was so messed up it couldn't even be mistaken for a double.

Sometimes I have to restart my computer before it loads my pictures from the card. I have a Hewlett Packer, I don't like it, but Better than nothing.

Beautiful yes, jealous I am yes. Mine just won't do well this year. They started out so great! I've put them where they don't get so much sun..............is it the humidity? I thought they liked humidity.

They get Miracle gro 1/4 strength at each watering unless I use the hose. So maybe 3x's a week they get miracle gro and 4 days a week they get water from the hose. Unless it rains. I watered them almost everyday in this hear and humidity mid-morning.
