Please help me ID this flower which is still in bloom here in December. Plant is about 24-30" tall; may be perennial. The seeds are very sticky. My neighbor kindly broke off the tip of it so I could make the photo. Thanks.

That's Cuphea micropetala aka Candy Corn Plant. It's very easy to propagate by cuttings or seed, especially fresh seed.
Hummingbirds love it! Smiling
