Did I say CATS? Oh my, no. He had a thick coating of RAIN. Little buggar keeps going out then coming in crying for us to dry him off. Right now though, he's snuggled up in front of the fire.
My cat is so tired of not being able to go outside. There are only shoveled paths to the driveway and 15 inches of snow everywhere else.
He sits in the hall and cries, then chases his tail for five minutes.
Our cat does not use a litter box but he's been debating today whether or not to go out in the rain. He slinks out right up tight to the house until he can find something to dart under. When he comes back in he cries for us to dry him off. When we lived in MD he was used to going out in the snow. We get soft!

You all are hilarious talking about your cats.

It was like a blizzard driving home from work. Blowing wind and snow and roads getting slick. Still snowing heavy though, it is supposed to change to rain by 8:00 pm.

NJBob said:19.6 inches yesterday and another 4 to 6 coming tomorrow. When will this ever end. Getting to the point that there is no place to put the snow.
We got a fresh 4" over what we already had. Though we haven't gotten anywhere near what Bob has had, we too have mountains of snow everywhere. And all this ever-present cold pack keeps temps frigid.
We don't have the snow but we are still having cold nights here. Greenhouse is barely staying above freezing. It sure has been a heck of a winter. Hopefully when it starts to warm up it will melt the snow quickly.
I know in some places they actually have to haul the plowed snow away because it is so much.
Waiting on about 4 inches of snow for today. At the end of next week it is really supposed to warm up. I sure hope it does and that it will be the last of the cold for this season. We need the snow to melt.
