I tried adding the synonyms below to this plant but I keep getting the message "This plant already exists" with a link to the plant. Can one of the database administrators add these synonyms? Thanks so much!

Myrsine guianensis

Myrsine cubana

Rapanea guianensis

Rapanea punctata

Hi Lin,

Rapanea punctata is a synonym of Myrsine floridana, that's why you are getting that message. I'll delete the Rapanea punctata entry and you should be good to go.

Myrsine floridana

Thanks Kent! I have data proposals for Myrsine floridana in the queue for approval but it wouldn't let me add the synonyms that I listed in the above post.
