If you could grow only one vegetable, one that would provide the most nutrition for you and your family, what would it be?

Remember by combining beans with corn, you make a complete protein so that one does not even need to have any meat. Or combine beans and rice for the same effect. And the fiber in beans is extra good for us, most people don't get nearly enough fiber.

In dry beans that you cook, I love Lima beans. I often have a can of Lima beans either as part of dinner or as a between meal snack. Yes, I like the way they tatse.

I absolutely love limas, too. I buy packages of frozen, keep my freezer stocked with them.

And you're right about the carbs.
