That would be wonderful Sandy Since I don't have many yellow lycoris, I'd be happy with just a St. Joseph's lily bulb if you can find one.

Ok great There is a house a couple of miles away that has a large flowerbed filled with them. Its a sight to behold in Spring, but I've been so afraid to ask them if they could spare a bulb as a trade.

I bet they would share. They are also called a passaround as most people do share them as they are so prolific. I am sure mine has made a baby by now since I have had it several years. fingers crossed

Most people love to share. Just say hey really admire your flowers and was wondering if I may have 1 or 2 of them. Most people love to and if not doesn't hurt to ask. Or hey when you thin them out I would love a few of them. We did it last year a house dug up tons of Variegated Ginger and after 2 weeks of alot in their drive way we stopped and ask and they gave us all of it they had dug up
