Deb, I'm so glad you had a nice vacation here in the Sunshine State. There's a lot to see and do with many attractions like theme parks etc,. but the best vacations in my opinion (no matter the state or location) are the relaxing, take your time, travel the back roads kind ... staying as far away from the big cities and traffic as possible! I indeed hope to be able to visit the PNW someday and will definitely ask for recommendations for points of interest when that time comes!

I always think the real test of a good vacation is if you feel rested and refreshed when you get home, but were never bored while you were away.

I'll be up your way some time this summer, but will have to visit all the family in Vancouver and on the Island. My days of having time to tour about in the PNW are over.
