A very nice small-flowered, high-centered, dark red with hints of black hybrid tea. It is one of the dark, dark reds that I grow in my south side rose garden. Just as most of my roses, Ink Spots requires spraying with a systemic fungicide here in my humid garden. Otherwise, it will come down with blackspot.
I guess it depends on the other roses that are close to it. The blooms could look small if they were next to First Prize or California Dreamin', for instance, because those blooms are huge!
