Lawrence and Winifred Englerth of Hopkins, MI. Winifred was known for introducing daylilies with high bud count such as 'Mini Minx', 'Skippy Skeezix' and 'Pinkie Pinkerton'.

I have "Mini Minx" , but am looking for Skippy Skeezix (Englerth, 1972) & Pinkie Pinkerton (Englerth, 1968) if anyone knows of a source or has some to trade/sell let me know.

I would love to see photos of them or other daylilies you have with high bud counts.

Hi Kathy, nice to see you here again. It's been awhile.

There currently is another thread here talking about high bud count daylilies. You can check that one out. Sorry I don't know how to give you a link to it but it is here in the daylily forum.

Would love to see your request on the Favorite High Bud Count thread, and there are lots of other cutivars with pictures there and discussion about where and how they grow well.

PS - I know this won't really be helpful, @Tree_climber, but there is a Canadian nursery that sells Pinkie Pinkerton. But, the do not ship, so unless you knew someone in Ontario, or made some arrangement to go and get them back through customs ....

Hi Cindy, enjoying all this snow?

Thanks for the help guys, I found that thread right after I started this new one. I should have looked first.

Chalyse I found that source with a google search, and was dissapointed to see that it was a Canadian site .... but I was happy to at least see a photo. There has to be someone in Michigan still growing the Englerth introductions, guess I need to find out where they lived and start there.
