Just perused the many photos of Flintstones and yours is the prettiest because of the fuzzy and the bonus purple coloring. Wonder if your conditions differ that much from other people's but I see that valleylynn is nearby and hers look more red. OK, what's the secret of your Flintstone purple????
Am going to put it in my wish list and maybe find it in May.

Camera and lighting can play a big part in what the camera picks up for color. And time of year is a great big factor. The above photo was taken in Feb. One month later Patty's other photos show it turning red.

A lot of times I take pics early in the morning before the sun hits this. Sometimes this results in more blue tones in the pic than are really there.
