You'll need a unique name that hasn't already been used, too!

How do I figure out ploidy? I have no clue. I'm guessing mine is diploid because it is simple but like I said, I have no clue.

It's possible that you may not be required to complete all the info to register it. You can always add to the database at a later date, is what I am guessing?

well, of the possible parents you listed, 2 are tets and 1 is a dip...(Centerpiece and Rocket Cty are tet, route 66 a dip) (And, to be honest, your seedling does look like a CPxRC...can see both flowers in yours)

My guess would have to be that it was the two tets you had actually paired up, so your baby should be a tetraploid.

Thank you.

I won't be able to register it until after it blooms again (picture was from last year) since I need scape height and flower circumference. It bloomed as a pretty small plant last year so I don't know how accurate scape height will be, but at least they'll get a number.

Kelli, it is probably better to wait anyway, blooms are usually better the second year.

I agree Giving it 2 or 3 years is going to tell you a lot more about the plant. Hopefully it just gets better! Sometimes, they go downhill, and aren't all that great after a couple of years, so it really is best to wait.

And, by waiting for at least one new bloom cycle, you may be able to test out whether it could be a tet or dip ... by pollinating the blooms with alternate sources (one bloom tet pollen, next bloom dip pollen, etc), and recording which has been used on each bud to see which type of pollen "takes". In case seed pods don't form, though, you can also take its pollen to other plants to see if pods form with tet or dip...
