I crave this:
Lightly toasted multi-grain bread
Very light schmeer of Best Foods Mayo
Good layer of thinly sliced perfect avocado, smashed into the toast
Sliced tomato
Light fresh ground salt and pepper
Avocado on top.
Bite.

Oh that sounds yummy, Aguane! It also makes me think of a recipe I have somewhere for a tomato and mozzarella salad with an avocado dressing--sort of like a caprese with a twist. Gotta go dig that one out in hopes I can use it this summer.

A really really good tomato? Fresh from the garden? Whole, out of hand, with just a bit of salt.

Heck, I usually skip the salt cuz I never make it to the house - lol...

That looks delish Susie!

Wow. That does look good. Sounds like something we get at Oregano's as an appetizer.

Our favorite way to eat fresh tomatoes is with balsamic vinegar, a small piece of mozzarella cheese on top and sprinkle with a little basil.
