It looks like Arum italicum, perhaps A. i. 'Marmoratum'. Is it growing wild?

songofjoy my cousin gave me this years ago from his mothers yard. He didn't know what it was or where she got it. I like the design of the leaves.

I have the same plant and I like that variegated foliage a lot.

I agree Arum. Probably Lords and Ladies (Arum italicum subsp. italicum 'Marmoratum').

pic made today 5-5-2014. measures 16" tall from ground to tip of bloom. Pretty bloom this year.
