Thank you Margaret! Glad that you enjoyed it!
Betty - Thank you so much! And yes the first photo with daylily blooms (with the little frog hidden inside the one bloom) was grown from a seed shared with me by Sandy (Seedsower) many years ago. I think the pod parent was Roses in Snow or Cherry Pie. Sandy is one of two gardeners who kindly shared/traded some of her seeds and got me hooked on Daylilies.
Now I have Daylilies everywhere! I have between 300 - 400 daylily plants growing around my yard. Every single one was grown from seeds. LOL! So I am not kidding when I suggest that gardeners can REALLY add lots of daylilies around their yard by growing hybrids from seeds. I like to cross-pollinate my daylily blooms to see what cool new hybrid I can create, too! Can you tell I have a thing for hybrids and growing plants from seeds?!!!
It's so easy!!!!
