And a grand prize banner!
I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others.

Such a lovely plant which adds pazazz to your garden and makes a splendid banner.

...and what Ann said, perfectly! Very lush, relaxing foliage, like gentle undulating waves on a green ocean, very worthy of its title. Thanks so much for creating this banner to see it! Hurray!

Beautiful banner Julie!!! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray!

I thought this was a plant that you just stuck in the ground and ignored? That is the way I have always grown them, and one of the reasons why I adore them!

@Natalie While cleaning my back garden, I have found that all of the hostas out there have managed to live through the horrible winter we had and also the deer, which love them. I figured that since the deer ate them down to the ground a couple of years ago, they were gone.

They are tough! I'll find out how they handle being trampled on this year by a dog. Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Jackson will not stay out of the flower bed where they are planted! I think I better fence the bed in, even though I'm sure they will survive.
