I think it is Lenton Rose as you say but couldnt find this cultivar in the plant files or even a Google image search.

There's a lot of Hellebores so I doubt you will get a cultivar name for it. The white ones tend to green out as they age, yours is starting to make seed.

Helleborus niger is the 'Christmas Rose' often sold here which is white.

It doesn't live for long in my garden as it prefers alkaline soil, but I have pure white ones grown from seed from orientalis hybrids which don't mind acidic soil.
