This little creeper with the pretty little blue flowers, on the forest floor, what could it be?

It looks like a Gesneriad, but the flowers are supposed to have 5 lobes.

Are there any more details to show? Fruit?

Very similar to Coccocypselum lanceolatum ..

http://www.brazilplants.com/rubiaceae/coccocypselum-lanceola...

Coccocypselum hirsutum is close ..

Coccocypselum guianense ...

Now to find which species are present!

Coccocypselum cordifolium .. the species name suggests it could be this ..

Coccocypselum aureum ..

https://sites.google.com/site/florasbs/r/baga-de-capitao

Coccocypselum pulchellum ..

https://sites.google.com/site/florasbs/r/baga-de-capitao-1

There's several species to check out ..

The leaf shape and venation of Coccocypselum capitatum looks a good match,

https://sites.google.com/site/biodiversidadecatarinense/plan...

Coccocypselum cordifolium is also a good match ..

https://sites.google.com/site/biodiversidadecatarinense/plan...

I've been through the list and some are not in the area, others don't have matching leaves, most have more veins.

Coccocypselum capitatum flowers look to have a yellow throat ..

https://sites.google.com/site/biodiversidadecatarinense/plan...

Coccocypselum cordifolium flowers look to have a white throat ..

https://sites.google.com/site/florasbs/r/piririca

Yours appear to have both white and yellow throats but mostly white. Coccocypselum capitatum appears to grow in more grassy areas, for these reasons I would go with Coccocypselum cordifolium BUT the tip of the leaves match C. capitatum better, they are more rounded.
