Gypsy Gem looks like a garden standout. The color will be a beacon even on overcast days.

I should have taken another picture of a later bloom, they were shaped better.

Me tooooo Rob. My last iris bloom was on Shipmate First Class and it opened Friday.......wilted today. I should not say last because Dividing Line, a mtb, still has a bud but it is so late to bloom I keep forgetting it until I go out and see it.

I have one more MTB to bloom, and then they are done. In a few days my TB's should explode. I have lots of stalks showing. Don't know if I'll be able to keep up with picks if they all come at once. I keep pacing like an expectant father waiting for the birth of a new bloom. *Blush*

Hah ! It was easy! I used paper plates (no dishes accumulated that way, that required the waste of time of putting them IN the dishwasher, and then TAKING THEM OUT again!) I "dusted" and "swept" with the leaf blower( anything small enough to blow away, I figured she would never miss) I showered with my clothes ON, that way they were always clean! The 1/2 hour was all spent on the day before she got home. It took several trips to the curb hauling trash bags of paper plates (and several buckets of broken "trinkets" that didn't survive the "dusting" process), and that took almost the WHOLE 1/2 hour! You just need to manage your time, and establish your priorities!....Arlyn
