I love that sweeping grass. I can't seem to find one that is hardy here (down to -25) expect for regular grass. Only problem is that the grasses fill my gardens with seed and I am forever pulling the sprouts. I got rid of my tall stuff, Karl something due to seeding. My little ones like Blue Fescue lasted okay for a while.
From -60 Alaska to +100 Virginia. Wahoo

I am surprised. I would think your weather would be warm enough unless you are up at Parks Resort elevation.
