I have seen this vine in my travels and have wanted to stop and snip a piece, but never did. Since I cleared out a spot in my "jungle" I discovered that I have some Smiling but don't know what it is.

My thought was possibly a variety of: Coral Honeysuckle (Lonicera sempervirens)

I agree Lonicera sempervirens, but I tend to call it 'the red honeysuckle from my mother's garden in Florida' when I share it with my plant friends.

Lazy method: If you lay one of the vines on the ground and cover with mulch, it will root in several places. Later you can detach it from the parent plant, snip it into many new plants to share. Click on the image - the tray on the left/front is filled with small Coral Honeysuckle (Lonicera sempervirens) aka my 'Red Honeysuckle' plants which I propagated for our local swap.
