I thought at first it looked a lot like Echeveria 'Perle von Nurnberg' which is a popular offering in nurseries and big box stores but the leaves look thicker so yes, it could be one of the Graptopetalums, with that coloring, maybe 'Pinky'.

I don't think it monocarpic, is there somewhere you came across that info? None of mine have ever died after blooming.
