That is a very lovely find!! I also got lewisia a month ago..and really likes it dry..blooming nicely during our heat wave temps.

Thank you for posting this. I have seen them and wondered if they were really hardy for our climate.

If I try it I will do what looks like you did with great drainage. That might help with the survival.
