Brett, I grow Best bet, this is the 3rd year for it in my garden, and I'm still awaiting the first bloom. This is a tendency I've noticed in other re-blooming iris. They seem to take a long time "settling in", not just to re-bloom, but for maiden bloom, as well....Arlyn

I missed your question Brett but Best Bet has done very well for me. (don't worry about the pics, with as few irises as I currently grow yours are a fine addition!)

I recall buying a pair in 6" pots and they were quick to multiply and bloom. They quickly outgrew they're allotted spaces as my daylilies multiplied and were replaced with smaller daylilies. I gifted several divisions and the rest ended up at Mom's place, I see no problem in snagging myself another nice chunk or two.

These are the only iris I have that has actually re-bloomed for me, I believe that was year 3 in October no less. I'll give mine a little extra attention as Fall comes on, hopefully have so re-bloom to post! Smiling

Edit: mine had to have been purchased in larger pots, 1 gallon? I had blooms the first Spring after planting (roughly a year). They've definitely been quick to multiply as well.
