It would be helpful if you could show the leaves too, and some idea of the spread of the plant, but my guess from the flower alone would be Nymphaea 'James Brydon'.
Could you also show a photo of the leaves? Characteristics of the leaf and sinus (the split in the leaf where the stem is attached) are clues to the cultivar.
Yes, might be 'Attraction'.... looks like the photos in the database here are pale, early season flowers??
@growitall I think you might be on to something with Attraction. It looks more like it than Darwin. I was looking on line this am and I saw some pics of Darwin that did not look like the one I posted. The leaves on attraction look like the leaves on the one I posted also, you are right!

But, it was just a guess on my part, Lori ... you are the one who said photo's of leaves were needed for a proper ID. I just make guesses when it's not a plant I'm real familiar with.
