We have a woodpile just off the deck.The traffic between the kitchen door and the woodpi;e in winter makes keeping perennials in that space impossible.
Everyspring I put annuals there
This was June woodpile is on the property border.Neighbors grow raspberries.YES its annoying to weed thos plants from the gardesn

At the very back ,against the wood are Mahogany Giant, Kingwood Karnival ( thanks onewish ) and Jungle Love.

you know I love the KK!!!

The 2 containers on the front porch are just stunning with it. It grew to tree size last year. This years cuttings are doing OK .

amazing how your KK has so much more color than mine ... you must get more sun on them

Thats probably the reason. The front porch gets sun half a day from noon on.

mine usually stays greener .. doesn't get all your pretty colors

WOW Jo Ann, If I knew where in NY you live I'd be showing up at your backdoor with a scissor in hand begging for snippets of your stunning Coleus collection How do you go about saving clippings over the winter?
