weird Gaillardia bloom

Give PEACE a chance!
Just found one of my Gaillardia's blooming differently.
Usual blooms go like this:
Blanket Flowers (
Gaillardia
)

or like this:
But this one, is blooming like they have been fused together.

Looks like a fasciated bloom. Some can be real strange depending on how they are fused. Gaillardia seems to do it more often than some other flowers.

I agree. I have Gaillardia and Echinacea do that all the time. Always interesting to see.
