Shirley I am moving to Okeechobee for the winter. It's on the North end of Lake Okeechobee and has an Audubon Sanctuary on that end. It's also close to the Seminole Indian Reservation. I am purchasing a 26' total electric pontoon. I hope to get an license to give tours of the Audubon Sanctuary.
I am having a spinal fusion on my neck on the morning before Thanksgiving. I understand recovery is short, so I hope to go down the second week in December.
To start I am just going to get the lay of the lake, the sanctuary, do some sight seeing and fish a lot.
My brother is coming for Christmas. I am surprising him with my new venture.

oh my I thought you were up to something. You sound like Sandy. Her dream is to retire from teaching and start a kayaking business in Florida. She is having double knee replacement in Dec.
