I am by no means an expert. This picture just reminds me more of a variety I used to have called 'Lance Corporal'

This is the only species in the genus I have ever had. It use to have some white next to the maroon but over the years it has changed a bit. I'm looking up Lance Corporal. Thanks for the comment.

I found a better picture of this plant from last year. You can see the white in the foliage better.
