That is just so ironic! I use freecycle as well. I especially like that they don't allow 'curb alert.' Too many times I have called for a post on CL and driven quite far, only to find they let someone else take the item I called about. Lame excuses every time like, oh, I thought it was you, or this person came earlier. Duh, you have my phone number because I called you. At least the courtesy to call and let me know you gave it to someone else so I don't have to spend $$$ on gas. Won't happen with Freecycle.
