Dave, I miss the trade tracker from your first garden site.

I'm surprised that til now nobody has asked for anything like that here.

I miss it terribly!
It came up again when another user said she had just created a trades folder in her tree mail so she'd remember our trade come fall.

I can't be the only one...

I used to go all the way to the library to print it out so I would have a paper copy to work off of at home.

I never used it "over there" as I hadn't found the site that long before ATP was created & I had only begun to think of trading but I sure would like one. I know whatever was created here would be super awesome just like everything else here at ATP.

Who else wants a trade tracker? Speak up!

That would be great!! An absolute angel - extremely patient and kind - on this site walked me through my very first trade last autumn and a tracker would have been useful. Did I mention that she is an absolute angel ?

I used to use it when I belonged to the other site and although I don't do many trades nowadays I'd sure use a trade tracker here!

That would certainly be useful, particularly for trades that were waiting for the right time of year. Sigh, I know there was someone who had offered me a particular spider plant, but I don't remember now who it was. Or when I was supposed to contact her.

That can only be answered by people who know about this from the previous site. Can the rest of us please have an explanation/tutorial so we can make in informed decision.

Details of what the DG tracker was like would be great, but any trade tracker would be awesome to have as a complement to our plant lists! A true saint gifted me with her gentle patience, deep generosity, and life-changing trades, when else, at thanksgiving time ... and a tracker would indeed have been a boon. I've just paid forward a few of the new increases to my younger sister and she is beyond thrilled. Hoping to do more now that the gardens are settled in, and would be grateful for any type of tracking option to help out! Ah, did I mention the saint who gave DH and me a wonderful new hobby to share together?

... off to pollinate his choice of cultivars today while he's out taking his mom to dr's appt ... trades return so many smiles!

It's a table where you can enter what you are trading, with whom, for what in return, and if you've sent/received yet.

Awesome! Is there a notes area so we could track things like where the fan/s are in the garden, mailing info, etc?

Right now I am just adding trades to the notes/comments section but it would be great to have something entirely separate to better keep track of trades!

What the original trade tracker was like is probably irrelevant, since that was a long time ago, and I'm sure Dave will make improvements.

I would love to have a trade tracker.
