Hi, my name is Angie Vaughn (Loveland). In 1978 (I was 10), my dad took me to meet Mr. Unger and look at all his daylily gardens. He loved that I was 10 and so interested in the process of cross pollination and we became friends. He named one of his new seedlings after me, "Angie Loveland". After everyone in my family has moved around so much, we have no more of his plants. Are there any of Anel Unger's plants around any longer?

A search on AHS database came up with 25 named dl registered under that name. But none of them were names I am familiar with, maybe someone else will know. You don't say what state you are in, but it is possible that the area he lived in at the time would have some around at older homes? I do think I need Polymultipetalicious though, just for the name, but it appears hybridized by someone else with the same last name, maybe a relative of his? If so contacting that hybridizer may result in you locating the older ones.
