Composting Hint

Make composting easy for everyone in the family to participate. Put a small attractive compost bucket next to the kitchen sink. With a composting bucket close at hand, you can catch each banana peel and all the coffee grounds.

Great idea about the ice bucket for composting! It looks like it belongs on the kitchen counter, yet it's liner can contain plant food scraps, and is easily washable. I have to walk my organic peels, one-by-one, out to my backyard compost bin. Thanks for the low-cost and stylish solution.
