This strange plant came up in a pot containing Fuchsia triphylla last Fall after being outside all Summer. I almost ripped it out, then I figured I should wait to see what it is.
Looking around, I still have no clue!! Perhaps someone here might identify it?
I would appreciate it.
That's it!!
You are both really good!! I would never have come up with that name. And at least it is not poisonous! Just wondering where that came from!
Name: greene Savannah, GA (Sunset 28) (Zone 8b) I have no use for internet bullies!
Mine is the Talinum paniculatum; if I don't do a good job of gathering the seeds they will re-seed all over the garden.
Not sure if that's true for your T, triangulare.
Sunset Zone 28, AHS Heat Zone 9, USDA zone 8b~"Leaf of Faith"
This one was easy to ID since the Talinum was my immediate thought as soon as I saw the leaves. So then I just had to find out which one had the matching white flowers.
