Not sure why, but I can give thumbs up at work to people, but not at home on my home computer. Any ideas how to solve this problem? When I click on the thumbs up at home it just takes me back to the beginning of the thread.

Susan, I suspect your home computer has some settings or add-ons installed that are blocking javascript, which is a feature in your browser that ATP relies on to give thumbs up. Do you think you might have disabled javascript?
