I can't express in words how wonderful the day was, Steve is terrific!
I enjoyed talking with him and he is so generous with his time and knowledge.
I should have taken pictures of some of the seedlings he showed us but I was too busy drooling

If you live anywhere in the area/surrounding states, this is a trip worth the time.
Seedlings are $5, clumps of named daylilies are $7 or $10.. You can't beat that!
I already look forward to the next visit.

I sure wished I lived nearby. I'd be over there taking a tour and bringing home some beauties, too! Looks like you really had a good time visiting! I so appreciate you sharing all your photos here! I enjoyed your photo tour!

We bought Sigourney on one of our O'Bannion orders. It would be so nice to visit but the next best thing is to order. I have received orders the past 3 years and I think I may have also ordered spring and fall one year. My orders are usually 10-20 different plants.
I would much rather go and load up on those clumps. Lucky you Lisa. I was going to respond before you went and say to bring something back for me.

I just placed an order with Steve on behalf of the Northwest Georgia Daylily Society. O'Bannon has lots of great deals, and lots of wonderful plants. Our club has an auction each year where members can spend their "MARS" points which they earn for volunteering and donating to the club. It's important that we provide a variety of good plants, but not spend too much club money, so O'Bannon was a perfect place to order from. Steve has been so nice and responsive, and he is sending bonus plants too. I personally had to order END OF THE TUNNEL for myself. It's just breathtaking.
