Can someone tell me how rare this plumeria is? I have someone who wants to sell a small rooted 2 tip plant of this for $60...

It's known as 'Makaha Sunn' - check pictures in the database. It is not only very vibrantly colored but also extremely fragrant.

I would be careful with a 'rooted' plant - I have found this one almost impossible to root and feel that it needs to be grafted. So consider your source and you might ask how well rooted it is.
$ 60 is reasonable though.
