Most of the echeverias I get are from the big box stores; they seem to have enough variety to usually start a small collection. The local nurseries or those further away may have specimens not usually found in BBS.

Here's an echeveria from Young's Nursery that has an online store for ordering but I drove up to their location and found this Echeveria which I've never seen in any of the BBStores.

I'm looking for favorite/recommended online sellers. I have a lot of the BBS specimens and looking for something different. The stores nearest me don't have much of a selection and when they do, you have to get there right after they arrive or they are dead within a short time. They don't water or care for anything. Sad

I have found Succulent Gardening but their shipping is rather exorbitant.

Tee,
No guarantee but I should have some for give outs next year. But my favorite is SMG Succulents, JadePoint Succulents, Mountain Crest, C & D Plants, & Simplysucculents. I have ordered from all of these with-in the last few years. I have found them way cheaper and better than Ebay. Miles to Go is also great but I purchased diffferent plants there. I don't know about their Echevieria.

I've ordered Echeveria and some other succulents from Daniels Specialty Nursery and been very happy with them. I don't remember for sure but shipping may have been pretty high, although I think that is getting to be pretty bad whenever you order online. I don't have individual pictures but some mixed pots on my Patio. Some of them came from other places here.

You have some very nice ones, Susie. Lovely containers as well. How funny - we used to live in Lakeside, CA, where they are located. That would have made for $0 shipping. Green Grin! There weren't any nurseries there at that time. It's a good climate for succulents and cacti and it appears they have a good selection. Thanks for letting me know about them.

Thanks Tee. He was really friendly to work with, I had to delay shipment because of cold weather several times and He was always good natured about it.

I had a lot of fun making up those containers. nodding Now the trick will be finding room in my house with all the other plants and cuttings come in when the weather gets cold. Blinking Hilarious!

How well I know about that dilemma. Hilarious!

Here are a few succulents getting ready to roll into the garage in winter past.

I see you do have empathy Tee! Do you separate the plants in your multi-plant containers and plant up the plants in their own pots or do you leave them and bring them in all planted together? The weathers cold enough here so I can usually only leave mine out for only about three months and as things grow I'm pretty much out of windows and lights before I'm out of winter. Blinking

I do separate some of them. Others, I don't. I can imagine your zone would present some challenges to bringing too many succulents inside over the winter. nodding
