I captured the beauty of these gems in January of this year when my hubby and I visited the "Garden Island" aka Kaua'i Hawaii. Indeed breathtaking not to mention... paradise.

The Acorn was appreciated as well!

@terrafirma the flower on the far right is called (as per the Hawaiian natives) a Queen Emma Lily - Crinum Amabile.
According to the woman that I spoke w/ they grow to be quite large and only last a little over a week or so.
I found them to have a very sweet/lovely fragrance.
I think these 2 are the same kind of flower if not they sure do resemble each other even though they are different colors. Smiling
