I agree that it resembles all of these roses, but it's highly unlikely (almost impossible, in fact) that Lowe's would be carrying Hovyn de Tronchere, Lady Mary Fitzwilliam, or Whittle-Light-Pink (which is actually just another name for Lady Mary Fitzwilliam). Tiffany doesn't have as many petals as your rose, and it's a blend of several shades of pink with yellow undertones, whereas your rose appears to have some white, or at least the palest of pinks, at one stage of bloom. Belinda's Dream does have enough petals to qualify and can be quite changeable in its range of pink hues, so that's the best guess so far, but it's still only a guess.
