I know I have not changed anything....at least not on purpose Shrug! The left side blue menu strip is no longer right under the banner for me...hasn't been for 3 or 4 days and I have no clue as to why. I miss it being there.

Ginger, do you have a photo editing program on your computer? If you do, just press PrtSc (print screen) on your keyboard which will copy what's on your screen to your computer's clipboard. Then open your photo program and select "new." Then just paste the contents of the clipboard into that new document and save it somewhere so you can upload it here. Does that make sense?

Blinking Confused I guess it would make sense to someone who is not a dummy like me...no clue if I have a photo editing program. It is an old beast. Not a big deal really mostly curious...clicking on the ATP logo instead of the house still gets me home.

gingin,
If you have "Paint" it will work just fine for doing a print screen.

If you can paste a PrtSc (Print-Screen) screenshot into an email (regular email), let me know here or by TreeMail.

I'll send you my regular email address, you can send me the sreenshot, and I'll post it in the thread.

Oh, will that work, Rick? I never thought about trying that!

That's the second time my post vanished just as I typed "or hit F5"!

Anyway, Ginger, what are you using,
- IBM-style PC with Microsoft software>
- Apple-style Mac or
- a hand-held PDA or smart phone?

What browser: Internet Explorer, FireFox, Chrome or other?

I don't know if "paste into email" will work, but it should be easy to try and rule out or succeed. Ginger, if you have IBM-Microsoft-style email software, "CTRL-V" ought to paste from your clipboard into an email post.

First create the email and type a line or two of text. Go to your ATP Home Page where the blue menu bar SHOULD be, and hit the "PrintScreen" key. Then go back into the email and type another few keys like "enter" and then hit CTRL-V to Paste. Or look for menu options like "Edit" and "paste".

Phew! I didn't lose it a third time. Maybe I was hitting the ... key, not just typing F - 5 .

Ginger - another thing that MIGHT help is "refreshing your browser". If you have an F 5 key, hit it when you are not in the middle of typing a long post!

I hope we don't need to "delete all cookies".

gingin, try scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the page and see if you see it there. I noticed this as well while looking at the site the other day on a PC. (It looks the same as always on my Mac, but it had changed on the PC.)

Lori, can YOU post a screen shot of it looking weird on your PC?

No, sorry, the PC is not where I am right now. Shrug!
Did you try scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the page?

Lori...as I read the above post from you (the one right above this one) it is right opposite your post...the top of your post is in line with the top of the blue menu. I'm on a PC using IE.

Yes, that's what I saw on the PC also - the menu, which is normally at the top of the page, was at the bottom of the page.

Ohhh!

I see the left-hand menu bar in different places as I scroll up and down. I never really tried to understand the pattern of movement.

I just use the mouse wheel and scroll up until I see both menu bars.
Or scroll down until I see my own "custom" menu bar.

Sometimes, in-between the two, is a area where I assume ads would go, but somehow our IT department blocked most or all of those. They block a lot of stuff! Thumbs down

Personally, I find Internet Explorer pretty quirky in many modern websites, but I have an old version of IE (required by our outdated IT department).
