same location as mysterious red philo mayoi: miami fl - propagation greenhouse at the nursery. usually when syngonium throws mature leaves they loose variagation. these are still holding. but for how long? nice crisp white too. may be it's not a syngonium then?

It does resemble Syngonium. Down this page it states they sometimes sport variegated seedlings; there's a photo of a seedling showing variegated incised leaves like a mature specimen would have: http://www.se-eppc.org/wildlandweeds/pdf/summer2004-possley-...

i think i identified it - it's syngonium wendlandii. look at brian's - doesn't it look the same? very clear white center, unlike the reg syngonium?

Looks like wendlandii to me. I have S. rayii, smaller, darker leaves, starts to climb sooner. More suited to terrarium/viviarium culture than wendlandii which can outgrow pretty quick.

Whereeeeee is my picture I ask my self ???????????

Will have to take another.

so i came across pics of syn. 'southern star' - which seems to be s.wendlandii or it's hybrid at least.

and also syn. 'green velvet' - that looks totally like s. rayii!
