I got the Cotton Candy Grapes for the housemate. Of course he loved them-they tasted just like cotton candy which is not to my liking. He's a 5 tablespoons of sugar in my coffee person so anything overly sweet is what he likes. Haven't seen the Witches Fingers. I'll look tomorrow at wegmans. They always have the "unusual" fruit and veggies. And at at a cost.

Out of curiosity, do you know if those "modern" grape varieties were greated by cross-breeding or by direct genetic manipulation? I'm not anti-GMO, although certain modifications pose environmental and other issues (round-up ready wheat, Jurassic Park), so for me it's not a loaded question.

Thumbs up
Hi, No, they are not GM, so do not worry.

Other than their intro year, I've seen the "Witch's Fingers" called "Sapphire Grapes" or "Moon Drops."
